History
Potvin Construction has been providing exemplary products and service to builders and retail customers for over 25 years. From modest beginnings as a small operation which specialized in exterior siding, Alain Potvin and son Yves Potvin have guided company expansion into housing frame construction, custom cabinetry and interior trim delivered throughout the Ottawa region.
Potvin Construction has an extensive portfolio of completed projects in both the residential and commercial sectors, including several award-winning renovations recognized for excellence by the City of Ottawa. From its genesis as a two-partner operation, the company now employs over 40 people at its administrative offices on Highway 174, approximately 100 craftsmen in its Rockland factories and about 200 more at construction sites across the region, to meet increasing demand for its expertise, unique products and conscientious customer service. An additional roster of subcontractors brings the number of people working under company direction to nearly one thousand.
